GIS Executive and Trainer

Job Profile:
  • Carry out regular teaching and practical classes as per prescribed guidelines at KIG and with its partners
  • Develop and evaluate Teaching methods include lectures, seminars, practical lab demonstrations and e-learning
  • Provide timely guidance to students, advice and counsel them
  • Supervise student projects, field trips and, where appropriate
  • Challenge thinking and develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse and rational thinking
  • Writing exam papers and quizzes, training material, conducting examinations, carrying out the necessary assessment and reviewing results in compliance with the procedure
  • Representing the institution at professional conferences and seminars, and contributing to these as necessary
  • Balance the competing pressures of teaching, scholarship, research, knowledge transfer, administrative demands deadlines
  • Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with students and colleagues
  • Work and provide on consultancy for ongoing GIS projects
Qualification:

Only graduates or post graduates in engineering from geoinformatics / geomatics / surveying / any spatial technologies

3,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
